She told me that I needed to call customer support because they would be the one to issue a refund. If the buyer walks away at the end of the lease, the seller has the added premium and the down payment as compensation for the delay in selling. The website's layout and platform work flawlessly. Easy to navigate and find exactly what you're looking for. As a buyer I would think the selling portion of it is just as good and reliable. I know if I were to sell in the future it would be the first place I would go to. All the results are current and checked out just fine.
When I went out to look at the specific housing choices I had made online, everything I saw on the site was there. For those who are ready to make one last move into a home, but are not yet prepared for a mortgage, rent-to-own can be a great alternative. Rent-to-own can be a wonderful option for both buyer and seller. While a prospective buyer is getting his/her finances in order, a seller can feel reassured about a prospective homeowner taking care of the property. I was directed to Home Finders due to a rental property I found on Zillow. I was unaware when I made my first phone call to Home Finders that the home found on Zillow was not just a rental property. The phone rep led me to believe that I needed to pay $129.00 to fill out an application to apply.
You give a down payment of $10,000, and $200 of the monthly rent is allocated to the price for a period of two years ($4,800). At the end of the lease, you have $14,800 toward the home price of $150,000, leaving a mortgage in the amount of $135,200. It was easy to navigate and gave an easy path to follow depending on the selections you made.
It can get better like more pictures, more information, the product location and whereabouts and so on. As I look on the website it still needs to get better. It just needs to add a touch up or two.
